Turn Ideas Into Clear Requirements
Transform business ideas, pain points, and workflows into structured requirements a software team can discuss and estimate.
Telio the Builder
Tong has a background in Software Engineering and has worked directly with business teams across multiple projects, from understanding requirements and designing technical solutions and system architecture to building real software systems.
This allows me to bridge Business and Technology, turning ideas into software that can actually be built and scaled.
What I help with
Many software projects go wrong before development even starts. Clear business intent makes technical delivery easier to estimate, build, and verify.

02
Clarify what should be built now, what can wait, and where the boundaries of the first version should be.
03
Translate business needs into language developers, freelancers, and software houses can work with, without requiring the business owner to become technical.
04
Check whether the delivered software matches agreed requirements, business rules, and important workflows.
Perspective
Working as a Software Engineer taught me how systems are designed, built, tested, and delivered. It also showed me that many project risks begin long before implementation.
Today, I bring that technical perspective closer to the business side - helping clarify what should be built, why it matters, where scope should end, and whether the final product solves the intended problem.
